Can we work from your own template?
YES - Just send us a copy of your template and allow us a little setting-up time.
Will Applegate help resolve problems and disputes?
ABSOLUTELY - Having said that, the number of queries arising when you use Applegate are likely to diminish substantially. Our attention to detail, accuracy and quality ensure this, but if a problem does arise, it will be dealt with within 24 hours of notification.
Do you have a published price list or tariff?
YES - However we much prefer to deliver this in person. For verified Lettings Agents we are happy to e-mail full details as required
Do you take private booking from Landlords with single properties?

Do you charge more at weekends?
No - We have no hidden or add on charges
Do you provide Snagging Reports for new buildings?
